To help Komma find the right candidate, we implemented a targeted and comprehensive recruitment strategy that included headhunting, job marketing, and strategic use of job boards. We started by running tailored job ads specifically designed to attract candidates looking for sales roles, even in niche locations like Leende, ensuring that our message reached the right audience.

In addition to this, we actively engaged in headhunting within our network, reaching out to candidates who fit the role’s specific criteria, including experience in (cold) sales. To further expand our reach, we posted the job on multiple relevant job boards, ensuring that a wide range of potential candidates could see and apply for the position.

This multi-pronged approach allowed us to overcome the challenges of finding qualified candidates in a small town and efficiently meet Komma’s specific hiring needs.

August 1 2024 - Onboarding

 Initial contact and deep understanding of Komma’s needs. We immediately began the candidate search.

August 7th - First candidate introductions

Within a week, we introduced two strong candidates, both of whom were invited for interviews.

August 23 - Final placements

After the interviews, Komma decided to move forward with Leike, who stood out as the perfect fit. In the fourth week, Leike received and accepted a formal offer, successfully completing the hiring process in just one month.
