Hands Off, a well-known chocolate brand that produces plant-based chocolate and aims to reduce CO2 emissions, struggled to find a new Key Account Manager. After several productive meetings with Kitty, our main contact, we understood that key skills and a good cultural fit were crucial due to the small size of the organization. The first month had its challenges as we refined the profile. However, after a detailed visit and reviewing multiple profiles, we found the right direction.

To find the perfect candidate, we used a dual approach. We advertised the position on LinkedIn, job boards, and our website, and also employed traditional headhunting to directly reach out to suitable candidates. This combined strategy allowed us to attract top talent for the Key Account Manager role at Hands Off.

February 1 2024 - Initial briefing
